Scott Weingarten is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn. He is a Fine Arts Photographer who studied art at Kingsborough Community College and Fashion Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

"I use abstraction, distortion and candid moments to convey realism and unreality in my photographs. Life is revealed in different aspects of my work from mannequins appearing real to a cityscape abstracted to entice the eye. Using light as my main source, I also wander through forests throughout the country, attempting to create incredible worlds by mirroring my photographs and capturing dramatic skies."

Scott exhibits his work regularily throughout the New York area. Previous shows have included The West Side Arts Coalition, New Century Artist Gallery, 2020 Gallery, Image Gallery-Riverhead, Rockaway Artist Alliance, and Omni Gallery/Uniondale to name a few.
